It is a multi-step process. Firstly, you need to register. Please use this link to register. Once registered use the form and submit your preferences. After submission, our team will get in touch with you with prospective options.
Yes, once both parties have agreed, we facilitate the contract-signing process.
The rent amount is decided by the host. The same amount is also mentioned in the contract and it is payable before the start of the month.
The minimum contract duration is 3 months.
As a host, you will need your identification details, Proof of ownership of the property.
As a Renter, you will need an identification document along with your BSN Number.
A host/Tennant can cancel the contract at any time citing the reason or causes mentioned in the agreement. If this is due to an unforeseen circumstance, then we will help to mediate reasonable terms between the host and tenant.
